Pro-Matrix Disp Matrix Band Wide - Blue

Fully disposable-single product system. Circumferential band can be used for MO/ OD/ MOD/ Cusp replacements. High tension mechanism for better compacting. Easy contouring to tooth shape. Narrow front section for better visibility and patient comfort. Suitable for all quadrants, with all restorative materials and with all wedges & rubber dams.

What is it?

A metal strip fitted around a tooth or its roots.

What is it used for?

It is held around a tooth, then filled with softened impression compound and seated over a tooth so that the compound flows into the prepared cavity and an impression of the tooth can be obtained. It is also used for placement and contouring of certain restorative materials.
